Pune, January 11 The 8th Mega Property Exhibition, organised by the Pune Promoters and Builders Association, was inaugurated by HDFC general manager Sonal Modi at the SSPMS ground on Friday.

The exhibition which will run for the next three days includes over 68 builders participating in the event and over 300 projects are on display.

“This is the largest number of developers we have had from all quarters of the city, which is why Punekars can now explore a greater number of property options than any other exhibition in the city,” said Atul Goel, chairman, PBAP.

The property exhibition is said to be the biggest in the city organised by the PBAP. “We want to improve the standards and the systems within the industry in an effort to bring greater value to its customers, ” he said

The PBAP will be offering more than houses for sale at the gala exhibition. This year, everyone who books a flat will also be able to purchase furniture, household durables also.
