Gandhinagar, February 1 Chairman of the Rajasthan Goseva Ayog, Rajendra Singh Rajpurohit on Friday took a dig at Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, saying that he should be a genuine “gobhakta” in deeds and not only in words.

He said Modi should set up a mini goshala in the backyard of his official bungalow in Gandhinagar, and also direct his ministers to do the same. He said, in fact, the Chief Ministers of all BJP ruled states like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand have already opened mini goshalas in the backyards of their official residences. Even the deputy CM of Bihar Sushil Modi has kept cows at his bungalow in Patna”.

“When I meet the Chief Minister, I will insist that he should not only keep cows in the backyard of his official residence, but also drink its milk and urine for good health. The holy cow is a symbol of love, compassion and peace in our country. Nobody can expect peace of mind and prosperity, if he doesn't have a cow,” he said.
