Chief Justice Saha of Calcutta High Court-Isnt it high time for Indian Judiciary to decide the course of Executive,Legislature instead of the reverse by Sheeladitya TK Mukherjee on 26 Oct 2010

Sir,Isn't it shamefull & disgracefull that C.O.-10403(W)of 1989 a Litigation between an Individual verses State of W.Bengal & Others hasn't been executed.I feel bewildered to state that Indian Parliament & W.B.Legislative Assembly needs massive terrorist attacks to resolve this issues. How much highhandedness of Ruling leftist Calcutta University to deny the High Court Order of November 14,1990 which clearly & precisely stated the University to have declared me passed B.Sc of 1985 without going into costs. Why isn't the Leftists banned in India who can ruin human lives at any time. Why doesn't the union HR & State(bankrupt)finance ministries pay me for my irreperable losses I have suffered Does the constitution of India have any say on this types of illogical, illegitimate losses it inflicts on Indians from its various socialistic, secular framework crafted by motivated politicians, leaders,PMs,CMs& the likes. Its my view that Indian Judiciary is for the priviledged few.Sorry
