New model Bajaj XCD 135 launched

Pune The Bajaj Auto Ltd has unveiled its new Bajaj XCD 135 DTS Si in a function here recently. It is a economically low end version of the bike Pulsar, stated a press release.

Actor Rahul Solapurkar formally launched the new bike. He also handed over bikes to customers. The function was held at the Planet Bajaj Showroom at Akurdi. Present on the occasion were Vijay Kuwalekar, State's Information Commissioner, advocate Pratap Pardesi, Dr Milind Bhoi, Suresh Kote, Suryakant Pathak, Vivek Khatavkar and Shekhar Dedgaonkar.

"Pulsar is a heavy and costly vehicle. To beat both the factors the company has designed its small version. It is having all the advantages of Pulsar and is available in a lower price that's why it could also be termed as Junior Pulsar. The youngsters will like this bike and will be a perfect family vehicle," said Vinayak Bhand, senior Manager, Planet Bajaj. Bajaj XCD-135 comes with 134.6 cc DTS-Si Engine, 5 gear, auto-choke, front disc brake, Nitrox suspension, wider rear tyer, exhaust TEC, twin pilot lamps, LED tail lamp, low battery indicator, digital speedometer, optimum ride control and maintenance free battery, stated a release.
