No water in several parts on Tuesday

Pune, January 6 Due to repair works in Parvati as well as Cantonment pumping station, water supply to various parts of the city will be affected on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The areas where there will be no water supply on Tuesday include: Dattawadi, Navi Peth, Sinhagad Road, parts of Karvenagar, Shivajinagar, Mukundnagar, Shankarsheth Road, Timber market, Rasta Peth, Ganj Peth, Bhawani Peth, Guruwar Peth, Hadapsar, Mundhwa, Wanavdi, Kondhwa, Ghorpadi, Camp, Chandannagar, Kharadi, Vishrantwadi, Tadiwala Road, area near Yerawada jail, Alandi Road. These areas will to receive water with low pressure and later than usual on Wednesday morning.

The areas that will not receive water on Wednesday morning include: Karvenagar, Karve Road, Erandwane, Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Gaurang Society, Girijashankar Vihar, Chattuhshrungi, Aundh, Baner, Balewadi, Pashan, Bopodi, Khadki, Bhosalenagar, Parvati, Lakxminagar, Sahakarnagar, Dhankawadi area, Katraj, Bibvewadi and Sinhagad Road. These areas will receive water with at low pressure Wednesday evening, stated a PMC press release.
