Noida encounter: I-D cards scanned

Lucknow The state ATS scanned three identity cards among the documents recovered following the death of Farookh alias Ali Ahmed and Abdul Ismail in the Noida encounter on January 25. Though the cards carried Farookh’s photograph, his name was Ali Ahmed. ADG (Law and Order) Brij Lal said: “The ATS has scanned a ‘Qaumi shinakht’ card issued from Pakistan’s Rahimyaar Khan district and another identity card from the College of Agriculture and Technology in Maharashtra’s Parbhani. The third card belonged to a Class X student of Shibhan Modern Secondary School in Delhi.” The Maharashtra and Delhi Police have been intimated, he added.
