Pune, April 04 With over 11 years of cutting edge experience and exploration within internet recruitment, OS2i, the premier global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company, has officially launched its Internet Recruitment Training program, for the Indian recruitment industry.

Over 96 per cent companies browse through websites while recruiting. Yet, recruiters barely manage to scratch the surface of resume databases. OS2i’s internet recruitment training course incorporates never-seen-before methodologies, techniques and strategies that target 10 times more resumes within and outside career sites, stated a press note. The course covers the essential skills of online candidate search, networking to source “hard to find” candidates, writing ‘killer’ adverts, and key communication techniques, with an in-depth training on analysis of roles and application of relevant sourcing methods. In our experience as an offshore RPO, we are constantly evolving our processes to better align our services to the needs of our global partners. Our course modules reflect these innovative techniques and tools that have been honed over time by our expert internet recruiters”, says Amarjeet Singh, Country Manager, Knowledge Acquisition, OS2i.
