Bathinda, February 29 Terming the UPA government as the one that stood for the cause of farmers, All India Congress Committee (AICC) member and former MP Jagmeet Singh Brar on Friday showered praises on Dr Manmohan Singh and went on to equate him with Sir Chhotu Ram, a politician known to have championed the cause of the Punjab peasantry. “This refreshes the memory of Sir Chhotu Ram in the minds of people," Brar said in a press conference here.
