Chandigarh In a significant development, the Crime Branch has received information about a person travelling on one of the 48 passports which were stolen from Regional Passport Office (RPO) in October 2007. The person is travelling from US to Mumbai and the flight was scheduled to land at the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 9 pm on Wednesday.

A team of police personnel has already been dispatched from Chandigarh to arrest the person. An official said: “We got the communication from the Regional Passport Office on Tuesday about the particulars of the person who has booked a ticket and is travelling on one of the stolen passports.
