Poona Club in huge win

Pune, January 11 Western Pune Cricket Academy (WPCA) and Poona Club took two diffferent paths en rout winning their respective encounters against Incom Tax and Stars CC in the Late Kasturi Rangachar limited overs cricket tournament, on Friday.

Income Tax gave bye to WPCA, while Poona Club handed Stars Cricket Club, a huge 134-run defeat, with Ajinkya Naik top scoring with 44 runs.

Poona Club: 208/7; 25 overs (Prem Ahire 32, Suraj Kotwal 23, Ajinkya Naik 44 , Jairaj Roy 31; Hemant Kinikar 3/26, Vaibhav Gurjar 2/50, Nandan Thakur 2/34) b Stars CC: 74; 19 overs (Umesh Katekar 26, Sarang Dungule 20, Rohit Sonavne 2/12) — by 134 runs.
