The Punjab Heritage and Tourism Promotion Board (PHTPB) the Punjab Kala Parishad, Chandigarh may sponsor the event.

Sources said that a meeting chaired by Principal Secretary Tourism Swarn Singh and attended by Patiala DC DS Grewal was held to discuss the issue.
