In the women's 3 Km individual pursuit event, Reshmi of Kerala University bagged the gold medal clocking a time of 4 minutes and 42.344 seconds while Suman of Punjabi University, Patiala grabbed the silver medal with a time of 4 minutes and 45.218 seconds. Anupreet Kaur of Panjab University, Chandigarh claimed the bronze medal clocking a time of 4 minutes and 45.365 seconds. In the men's 4 Km individual pursuit event, Sarpreet Singh of Punjabi University, Patiala clinched the gold medal clocking a time of 5 minutes and 16.411 seconds. Kamninder Singh of Punjabu University, Patiala claimed the silver medal with a time of 5 minutes and 25.621 seconds while Jagdeep Singh of Panjab University, Chandigarh bagged the bronze medal with a time of 5 minutes and 31.447 seconds.
