Redressal system now also at the taluka level

Ahmedabad, February 1 The Gujarat government's public grievance redressal system 'Sawagat Online' will now be available at the taluka level also. Citizens can now directly talk to the collector or an official from the Mamlatdar's office regarding their complain. The programme will be held on every fourth Wednesday from 11 am onwards. All citizens with grievances against public authorities can also state their case with all the necessary documents in support of it. The scheme is under the direct monitoring of the minister-in-charge of the districts, the collector of the district and other officials. The chief minister will take a review meeting on the last Thursday of every month.
