Residential project to come up near Kharar-Mohali highway

Chandigarh, December 31 Paras Panaroma, a residential project of high-rise apartments spread over an area of 13 acres, is proposed to be built by Paras Build-Call near Kharar-Mohali National Highway 21.

This was announced by Rajinder Takhar, Chief Operating Officer of the company, at a press conference here today.

The first phase of 200 two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats will be ready for possession in 2009.

The complex will have a tennis court, a cricket practising ground, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a club house, water bodies, 24-hour power back-up and a two-tier security system with a basement parking.

The cost starts from Rs 30 lakhs. The firm is also building a mall at Zirakpur, it would be fully operational in March next year. This will further uplift the image of the township.
