Posted: Jan 17, 2009 at 0245 hrs IST

Flat tyre? In your heels? No one around? Well, if you have a cell on you or you’re near a phone booth, then keep this number handy: the KNG road 24/7 helpline. “We have created a milestone in car breakdown service by providing a high quality and efficient service,” said a KNG spokesperson. As for the services, in the initial stage, they are going to have a fleet of three patrolling cabs which will cover the tricity and provide service to the corporate sector, multi-national companies, hotel industries as well as BPOs and individual car owners. “KNG is going to operate car break down service in the region of Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and surrounding areas. We’ll reach you within 30 minutes,” added the spokesperson. Apart from this, there is a service membership, car care camps and customer care system where you can easily discuss your complaints and ideas. “Our single time joining fee is very compatible, it meets the requirement of an ordinary person with additional facilities,” informed the spokesperson.
