SAE chapter inaugurated

Pune, February 8 Prof V Kumar, Vice-Chairman of SAE India, inaugurated the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) students' chapter of Rajarshi Shahu and Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering, Pune at their JSPM campus recently. Prof Kumar in his inaugural speech explained the present and future of Automotive industries and the benefits of this chapter to mechanical students.

SAE India is a worldwide information resource for Mechanical Engineers who are involved in the design and manufacture of all types of vehicles such as passenger cars, airplanes. Dr Pramod Vitkar, director,JSPM, Dr Bormane, principal, RSCOE, Prof Vivek Phadkule and Prof Suneeta Phadkule (HODs of concerned colleges were present at the function.
