Ludhiana, March 2 The Vth class students today again appeared for the Punjabi paper, which was earlier cancelled on February 20. The examination was conducted by Punjab School Education Board, Mohali.

Contrary to their earlier essay, the students came out of the examination halls sporting broad grins. “It was very paper today. Now I am sure I will stand first in my class,” said Rajdeep Kaur, one of the candidates.

It may be mentioned that in the examination held on February 20, the paper was set from the old book while the students prepared from the new book. All this resulted in a lot of confusion among students, following which the board authorities got the question paper analysed and found that 40% question paper was out of syllabus. And decided to conduct the exam again on March 2.
