Delivering keynote address on the closing day of the three-day Urban Habitat Summit at India Habitat Centre, Dikshit said Delhiites need to collectively assume greater responsibility for making the Capital a world-class city. “We need to live our lives individually and collectively,” she said. “If you want a good urban habitat, look at what you or I can do to make it a wonderful city to live in.” About the BRT corridor, Dikshit said, “If 2,000 people were affected by BRT, many others benefitted from it. If there were people waiting for 20 minutes at traffic signals, others were travelling faster in the buses.”
