Anjana Bhargav has dabbled reasonably successfully in clothes design, but now she is expanding into interior decoration as well. She’s opened her first retail décor store, Spaces, at Khan Market, close to another that stocks her clothing line. She comes from a family of architects and seems comfortable in her new role. “It’s an extension of my personal style and not so different from making clothes,” says Bhargav, who has been involved in the refurbished interiors of Delhi’s Maurya Sheraton Hotel and recently, the Delhi Stock Exchange. Spaces stocks interesting artifacts and trendy pieces in stainless steel, and has an extensive range of bed linen and lamps. Prices start at Rs 500 and go up to

Rs 48,000.
