Principal Dr G.H Gidwani welcomed the Chief Guest Sunanda Pawar,Hon. trustee Sharda Agricultural Development Trust, Baramati who said she was delighted to be a part of the innovative endeavour. Shobha Dadlani, founder member of the cell said that Pawar's name was synonymous with 'Dhimtari Jatra',an exhibition organised by her year after year in the city for promoting the cause of women entrepreneurship. Dadlani said that since the Entrepreneurship Cell of the college shared similar objectives, Pawar was the obvious choice for inaugurating the special event.
Entries of students for participation in the Mira Bazaar came from R.V. College of Engineering, Sinhagad Institute of Management, St. Vincents college of Commerce, Garware college of Commerce, Pune Institute of Management Studies and Entrepreneurship, Poona College and Ness Wadia College of Commerce.
'Most Popular Stall Award' went to St. Mira's alumni, Seema Raman . An opinion poll of the visitors was taken to supplement the decision of the judges and finalising the results.
