Surat, February 5 A City based diamond merchant was cheated to the tune of Rs 16. 41 lakh by two Mumbai-based diamond businessmen. Police said Shantilal Jogani, a resident of Mamta Park society in Kapodara, ran a diamond export business in the Matawadi area of Varachha.

One Bhavesh Patel of Matawadi, also a diamond merchant, introduced Jogani to two diamond businessmen, Sevantilal Shah and Kalpesh Dahisarwala.
