Ludhiana, January 31 Anil Narula, Arun Nayyar and Sanjay Jetwani, directors of Today Homes Company, have moved an application in a sessions court, seeking regular bail in the infamous multi-crore City Centre case. Sessions Judge G K Rai has issued notice to Vigilance Bureau for February 1.

The accused were charge-sheeted by the Vigilance Bureau, but never arrested. After the filing of the challan by the Bureau, Sessions Judge GK Rai had issued summons to them to appear before the court. Apprehending arrest, the accused had filed anticipatory bail applications before the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The high court had directed that their bail applications be decided within three days. In case of the dismissal of their bail application, they would not be arrested for a week, as per the order of the high court.
