The three-day summit began on Friday with the aim to provide for a new socio-economic blueprint of progress under the ambit of 'Green Engine for Development'.
Sources in IIM-A said it is an effort to celebrate the increasing recognition of agri-business sector and sensitise future business leaders about the new avenues, related activities, evident hurdles and suitable reforms associated with the sector.

He identified four critical drivers that will promulgate the sector and position India as the food factory of the world — International standardisation of tasks, variety enhancement among retailers and manufacturers, upsurge in the equity of Brand India and low cost due to cheap labour availability.
