"I request everybody to come together and stand against all kinds of issues that effect the society in a negative way. It is time that we fight the evils existing in the society,'' said Balan. Members of the Yatri drama troupe, in its short and crisp presentation, tried to cover all the evils present in the system operating around us, be it the health, civil amenities, police or any other government department. The artists were successfully handled the regular problems and corruption that a common man faces in his/her day to day life.
Talking about the story line of the film ,Balan said that it is a film based on the day to day issues of the society. “We have tried to give the message that it is high time that we take a strong stance against corruption. I am playing the role of Ajay's wife, who is playing the role of a bollywood star in the film, and I, his down to earth wife. Halla Boll gave me a chance to uphold my values as a person and as an actor,” stated Balan.
The troupe, that enacted the same Natak in Delhi on Saturday, will move to Ahmedabad on Monday. “We will then proceed to Mumbai on January 9. We have learnt the the star cast of the film plans to enact a similar drama in other cities once the film is released. We will definitely love to be a part of it,'' said Om Katare, head of the troupe.
