Train service between Pratapnagar and Dabhoi to start soon

Ahmedabad The Railway Ministry has decided to introduce a new train service between Pratapnagar and Dabhoi broad gauge section from January 26.

It has also been decided to speed up two existing trains from 50 km per hour to 75 km per hour, said a Western Railway release.

Accordingly, the timings of the new train (number 121/122) will be as follows: departure from Pratapnagar at 10.15 am and arrival at Dabhoi at 11.05 am. It will have one-minute stoppage at four stations with departure time of 10.27 am at Kelanpur, 10.34 am at Kundela, 10.42 am at Bhilapur and 10.49 am at Thuwavi before reaching Dabhoi.

Train number 122 will depart from Dabhoi at 11.45 am, Thuwavi at 11.56 am, Bhilapur at 12.03 pm, Kundela at 12.11 pm, and Kelanpur at 12.18 pm before reaching Pratapnagar.

The existing train number 117 will depart from Pratapnagar at 7.10 am to reach Dabhoi at 8 am. Train number 118 will depart from Dabhoi at 8.30 am to reach Pratapnagar at 9.20 am. Also, the existing train number 119 will leave Pratapnagar at 6.10 pm to reach Dabhoi at 7 pm.
