New Delhi, January 3 The owner of T-Series dhoop and agarbatti company, Rajni Dua, said a security guard at her house beat her up and threatened her on the New Year Eve on the instructions from her husband.

The security guard also reportedly pointed gun at her when she returned home with her sister and two children at around 2.30 am on January 1. Rajni said her husband Gopal Krishan Dua has hired six security guards at her W-108 residence in Greater Kailash Part II and the guards harass and abuse her on his instructions. Rajni and Gopal are having a matrimonial dispute. The couple stays in separate portions of the house.

Rajni has already filed a divorce petition in the court, along with several assault cases against Gopal in past one year. Gopal is the younger brother of slain Gulshan Kumar (founder of T-Series Company).

Rajni reported in her FIR No 1 of 2008 at CR Park Police Station that when she returned with her sister Renu Sharma and two kids, Hrishida (15) and Rohan (11) on the night of January 1, she found the main gate of her house locked. When she asked the security guard Karanjeet Singh to open the gate, he reportedly did not allow her to enter. “When I tried to open the gate, he misbehaved with me and slapped me twice, abused me and pointed his gun at me, saying that he would kill me,” Rajni told Newsline. The security guard has been arrested.

“Her husband even misbehaved and assaulted my client at her factory in Kasna in Ghaziabad, for which she had registered an assault FIR in Ghaziabad on December 29, last year. She had sent a request for security to DCP (south) on December 27 as she felt unsafe,” said Vikas Pahwa, her lawyer.

Rajni said Gopal even fitted a camera in her bathroom. But her son Rohan noticed it. She said her husband wanted to blackmail her by taking obscene pictures. Pahwa said the GK house is in the name of Rajni's kids after it was transferred by their grandfather.
