The workshop, which aims at helping participants to understand the importance of negotiations as a skill, and train them on tools and techniques of the same will be held on February 6 and 7.

The event will be facilitated by Milind Bawalkar. Over the last five years, Milind is working as behavioral skills trainer / facilitator with some of the top Indian IT companies and has made a mark for himself within the organisations as a key member of the training team.

Milind has done several programs across the hierarchy from middle to senior level managers, from project managers, delivery managers etc.

The workshop will be helpful for practicing managers in sales/purchase, HR or recruiting managers and the likes. The participants will get an in-depth practical knowledge on the process of negotiation.
