The policemen, Headconstable Mittarpal Singh and Constable Balwinder Singh, were found at Bagli village in a semi-conscious state on Thursday morning.

Samrala Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ravinder Loomba, said: “Both the constables have been arrested.”
