UT Home and Education Secretary Krishna Mohan said that a decision was taken after considering the inspection report of the school submitted by an Inspection team from the Education department. The school has been given 10 days to respond to the notice.
The report had revealed many discrepancies in the functioning of the school. The officials also discovered that the school had not implemented 15% reservation for the economically weaker sections.
Krishna Mohan said that the managing committee of the school has not been approved by the Education Department. He said that the school authorities did not submit the copy of the fire safety certificate issued by the CFO. He added that the school had failed to maintain/deposit the reserve fund. The team also discovered many other discrepancies.The inspection team also discovered that the school was running two professional courses in Tally and Marketing, which is not allowed as per norms.
