While the woman was declared dead on arrival at the Junagadh Civil Hospital, the man is admitted in a critical condition, said sources in the police.
Some passers-by spotted Dilip Parmar (25) and Dipa Gada (25) lying on the ground in an unconscious state.
They immediately informed the police and the latter rushed to the spot. The couple was taken to the hospital where doctors declared Dipa dead. Dilip’s condition is reportedly critical.
According to sources, Dilip and Dipa were in an extra-marital relationship for the last two years. While Dilip has a child, Dipa was mother of two. Her husband works in a south Gujarat factory and was away from home at the time of the incident.
