A jockey fractured his left leg after being hit by a bullock-cart while he was alighting from his cart. Identified as Tima of Gujjarwal village, he was rushed to the hospital.

The fourth position was bagged by Ferrari owner Keepa Kajiana while Leader owner Amrit stood fifth and Calgiri owner Dr Jung Bahadur bagged the sixth position.
PWD minister Parminder Singh Dhindsa, AICC spokesperson Manish Tewari and Kila Raipur MLA Jassi Khangoora were present to encourage the athletes.
In Hockey, Kila Raipur Academy and Malwa Academy, Ludhiana have reached the final in the under-17 category. Both the teams having already qualified for the final played out a quiet match today. However, in the under-19 category, Jarkhar Academy lost to Sangroor Academy after scoring two goals against three. Sangrur will now play Surjit Academy in the finals.
