Tarun Gogoi becomes Assam Chief Minister

Tarun Gogoi, who steered Congress to a massive victory in the Assembly elections, was on Friday sworn in as the Chief Minister of Assam. Governor S K Sinha administered the oath of office and secrecy to Gogoi at a function at Raj Bhawan.
