Congress to form government in Kerala: DD exit poll

New Delhi, May 10: According to the exit poll telecast by Doordarsan on Thursday evening, the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) will form the next government in Kerala.

The exit poll predicted a two-third majority for the UDF in the state.

In another survey, in which a cross section of people in Kerala were quizzed on what constituted good governance, majority of the respondents opted for unbiased administration in the state.

Also a majority of the respondents wanted Congress leader A K Antony to be their next chief minister.

Antony's arch-rival, Karunakaran, is far behind in the popularity chart of the masses.
