Work Experience : 7-10 years
Min. Qualification : Preferably MBA/Management PG
Job Description :
Identify and Track collection record for each Client as per the credit period.
To do Aggressive and Regular Follow Up with Contactable Cases for Settlement and Recovery
To do Field Visit on Cases to close them at Earliest and at Best Possible Amount
To Trace any skip customers and skip amount on
Developing of innovative methods, system and process for enhancing collection performance and developing collections without escalations.
Day-to-Day Administrative activities as of Maintaining Collection MIS & other Reports.
To Handle General Escalations, Ensuring early resolution of disputes/ services issues.
Coordinating with external agencies.
Tracking of payments & their precise application on the system & solving concerned queries of the customers to the fullest of their satisfaction.
Skills :
Knowledge:
§ Knowledge on IE publications as well as that of the competitors.
§ Market and industry related knowledge is desirable.
