ONGC Videsh seeks more elbow room project in US on hold

ONGC Videsh, the exploratory arm of the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, has requested the Union petroleum and natural gas ministry to streamline some systems of approval for development activities abroad. There was a dire need to change some operational aspects for greater flexibility.
