NEW DELHI, May 7: The Mass Rapid Transportation System (MRTS) appears to be a distant dream for the capital, at least well into the next decade. If it comes up, the resources diverted to the plan would hamper other traffic-improvement efforts.

This was an observation made by Dinesh Mohan at a seminar titled `Delhi on the move: 2005' Future Traffic Management Scenario' held at the Indian Institute of Technology on Wednesday.
