``PersonaS opens up a new world of ATMs for banks, retailers and their customers,'' said managing director NCR India Rajen Kaul. ``In an age where consumers are making demands more than ever before on how they access financial services, personaS gives banks facility to proactively meet their needs quickly and efficiently,'' he added.

The system is also supported by NCR's unique software development system which allows rapid, deployment and testing of new products and services. NCR has also entered into a global agreement with the US-based FORE systems that will combine the latter's high-performance asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) networking products with the former's network services.
