*With effect from May 9, dealings in the debentures of Deepak Nitrite can be resumed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

*JM Share & Stock Brokers has fixed June 19, as the record date for the redemption of its 14 per cent Secured Redeembable non convertible debentures at Rs 20. pThe following companies have decided to change their accounting year: Indu Nissan Oxo Chemical Industries (March 31, 1996 to June 30, 1997), Hotel Rugby (April 30, 1996 to September 30, 1997), Nucor Wires ( March 31, 1996 to September 30, 1997) and Soundcraft Industries (March 31, 1996 to June 30, 1997).

*New securities of India Securities will be admitted to dealings on the BSE on the 'F' segment, Debt instruments fixed cycle section from May 12.

*With effect from May 12, transactions in the equity shares of Ispat Industries will be conducted on Spot delivery basis, in view of the forthcoming rights issue of the company.

*BSE has decided to suspend trading in the equity shares of D R Industries and Western Paques (India) with effect from May 12 to May 14 (both days inclusive).

*Trading in the equity shares of Kamal Overseas will be suspended with effect from Friday, May 9 until further notice.
