Announcements -- BSE


BSE

*New equity shares of Crompton Greaves (Rs 10 each fully paid up), alloted to the shareholders of erstwhile Lumino Lamps pursuant to its amalgamation with the company will be traded on BSE with effect from May 16.

*Trading in the equity shares of The Central Pulp Mills will be suspended on BSE with effect from May 19.

*With effect from May 16, new equity shares of Asia Fab (issued at par) alloted to the promoters and other than promoter's companies on preferential basis will be traded on BSE.

*Equity shares of Rs 10 each of Liberty Phosphates issued to the shareholders of Liberty Pesticides & Fertilisers as approved by the Government of India's department of company affairs will be traded on the BSE with effect from May 16.

*Dealings in the equity shares of Bank of Punjab and Srei International Finance (preference shares) will be suspended on the BSE with effect from May 19.

*Transactions in the equity shares of the Shree Cements and Vegepro Foods & Feeds can be conducted on the BSE on normal basis in the non specified category with effect from May 19.

*Trading in the equity shares of Robinson Impex (India) will be permitted on the BSE with effect from May 19.

*BSE has decided to impose a penalty of 2 per cent on those members who deliver securities other than those specified on the delivery orders during pay in in the Clearing house. This penalty would be charged on the wrongly delivered quantity at the rate of two per cent of the standard rate for the scrip for which delivery order is issued.
