Delphi Auto Systems to pump in Rs 152.5 cr foreign equity
Delphi Automotive Systems, a part of the US-based General Motors Corporation, has bagged the government clearance to inject a fresh foreign equity of Rs 152.50 crore. The company's paid up capital will more than double to Rs 285 crore from the present Rs 132.50 crore, the proposal has been approved by the Foreign Investment Promotion Board.

According to SEBI sources, the watchdog body is currently examining legal implications of any action that it can take in the matter.

Glaxo to snap Celin ties with Jayant Vitamins
Glaxo India's manufacturing alliance with Jayant Vitamins for its "Celin" range of Vitamin C tablets is set to be terminated. Jayant Vitamins was manufacturing Celin at its Ratlam factory in Madhya Pradesh. The company had begun looking at "alternative sources" for manufacturing Celin since it was not receiving supplies from Jayant Vitamins.
