Fresh rate cuts hinge on inflation, says RBI governor

[Details] The Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) decision to dispense with the cash-reserve ratio (CRR) on inter-bank liabilities will benefit 90 of the 99 banks. The rest will gain partially, according to RBI governor C Rangarajan.
