CCEA to decide on jute packaging by cement units

[Details] The Centre has scrapped the plan to form a panel of three Union ministers to decide on the percentage of mandatory jute packaging in the cement industry. The decision will now be taken by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA).

Centre likely to transfer 37 schemes to states
