[Details] The official claim of a 10 per cent industrial growth, last year, would, in normal circumstances, appear hollow, if the domestic steel sector's performance was any indicator. The level of steel consumption is generally linked with a country's economic and industrial growth.

[Details] The Cabinet Committee on Infrastructure has approved major tax breaks that are expected to open floodgates. But most of that flood will be of foreign money. Nearly a third of finance is expected to come from commercial money.
