BSE move to thwart payout crisis

[Details] Perceiving the problems which is likely to hit the pay out on Monday, June 23 due to the ongoing SBI officers strike, the Bombay Stock Exchange has written to the chiefs of the RBI, SBI and the SEBI seeking for alternate remittance.

Dematerialised scrips value may touch Rs 3,600-cr

[Details] The total value of dematerialisation is slated to touch the $ 1 billion (Rs 3,600 crore) mark by the end of this month. National Securities Depository Ltd has set itself a target of $ 2 billion worth of dematerialisation by the end of the current year.
