The future is feared because what it holds is not known. The past is feared because it is all settled and well known.

First, the bad news: inflation is once again creating trouble. Now, the good news: it has nothing to do with a price hike. Instead, stoking strife at the very root of calculation of the rate of inflation, is the dissension creeping into the Working Group for the Revision of the Index of Wholesale Prices.
