[Details] The two banks have gone about doing business in very different ways. While HDFC Bank has consciously targeted only the creme de la creme of Indian business, Global Trust has been far more eclectic. Asset quality, for banks, is all important.

The politics of power

[Details] Nothing has changed. Since the ultimate aim of politics is the exercise of power, our current lot of public representatives believe they should get the maximum charge out of it. On Joe Citizen's credit card, naturally.Take a look at the farce passing off as the new power policy.

Wooing the evader
