SEBI received one offer document amounting to Rs 1.30 crore during June 30-July 4.

Mallcom (India) filed the document for equity shares, said a Sebi release, adding that the market regulator had not cleared the offer document so far.

The number of issues have started coming down after the stiff Sebi entry norms issued in April 1996. In the past, finance companies continued to dominate the market despite entry barriers.
