Who is afraid of El Nino?

[Details] The El Nino scare sweeping across a number of countries has had a minor effect on Indian analysts -- thankfully so, because the impact will not be as substantial as some may suggest. The country can ill-afford to play around with scares that have little basis in a sensitive commodities market, especially in foodgrain.
