Depository swings into action, woos Infosys, RIL shareholder

[Details] National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) plans to kick off a joint direct marketing exercise with Reliance Industries to attract its shareholders to the depository mode. It has already launched an exercise upon shareholders of Infosys to accept their bonus shares in the dematerialised form.
