Shareholders contest Sandoz swap ratio claim

[Details] The minority shareholders of Sandoz India have filed an affidavit in the Bombay high court claiming that the averments made by Sandoz in its affidavit dated July 15 are inconsistent to what actually transpired at the extra-ordinary general meeting in December last.
